	Edward C. Dillon, President & Director: Mr. Dillon brings an impressive track record in the industrial construction industry to the table, with noteworthy accomplishments as President of Bayshore Steel and as a Contract Manager with Jacobs Engineering, a Fortune 500 company. Ed is also CEO and President of Genesis’ parent company, Pricester.com, Inc., with responsibility for Shareholder Relations and Investments.

	Phillip Thomas, Vice-President & Chief Technology Officer: Mr. Thomas has a formidable technical and business background in the networking/telecommunications, digital media and general computing areas. He has held executive management positions, including CTO, VP of Engineering, VP of Marketing, SVP Business Development, in highly respected companies including AT&T Bell Laboratories, Cisco Systems, and Hitachi. Phil has also held senior positions, including CEO, in high-tech private companies in Silicon Valley and the NYC area. Additionally, Mr. Thomas is also Chief Technology Officer and a Director of Pricester.com, Inc.
	Raymond F. Purdon, Director: Mr. Purdon has an extensive background in the finance and securities industry, including: trading, investment banking, retail and institutional sales, and has held executive positions with several prominent financial institutions. He is also the Founder and Principal of Grandview Capital Partners, a Wall Street firm specializing in assisting small to mid-size growth companies. Mr.Purdon also serves as Chairman of the Board of Pricester.com, Inc.

	Nelson Stark, Secretary Treasurer: Dr. Stark holds a Doctorate in International Business with specialization in strategic marketing. Nelson has held several high-profile marketing management positions with organizations including the Australian Trade Commission, M&J International, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and as Vice President of Marketing for Softrain USA. Dr. Stark is also Chief Financial Officer of Pricester.com, Inc.
